JOB SUMMARY
A Client Engagement Director will thrive in a fast-paced sales culture. To be successful in this role a Senior Client Engagement Manager must plan and execute sales activity to acquire new and retain current clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development
- Resourceful, tenacious and persistent. Ability to identify client buying signs and staffing needs.
- Drive the development of new client relationships through effective daily planning, prospecting, cold calling and appointment setting.
- Meet weekly sales metrics that will lead to annual personal sales and gross profit objectives.
- Pursue companies that fit the Advanced Resources ideal client profile.
- Collaborate with client contacts to understand current & future staffing needs.
- Represent Advanced Resources as the most respected staffing firm in our industry and differentiate us from our competitors.
- Interact with clients, talent, and vendors on a regular basis.
- Client Retention
- Consults with clients on achieving department or company goals. Continually clarify client expectations to establish trusted client partnerships.
- Expand business relationships within each client by exceeding client expectations, getting referrals to new departments and getting referrals to new business.
- Proactively market talent to clients and work proactively with clients to obtain job orders.
- Ability to manage accounts and continually seek new business.
- REAL Team Work
- Work with internal staffing operations so that recruiting activities compliment sales activity.
- Build team relationships with other teams and communicate frequently on open orders and upcoming client needs.
- Work with the other teams toward meeting our overall branch revenue and GP goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of successful sales or staffing industry experience
- Ability to thrive a metrics driven environment

- Ability to plan objectives and provide direction, guidance, and assistance to others. Ability to independently organize work to meet established objectives.
- Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal sources of information.
- Ability to use oral communication and presentation skills to conduct effective client meetings.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pay/bill rate, mark up, commissions, percentages, and discounts.
- Ability to document activity in the applicant track system following Operation’s guidance.
- Ability to work in an Advanced Group office unless at a client meeting to build the team and promote cross-selling.
- Must have ability to travel in area territory.
